I thought I would share a lower body routine, more specifically, exercises for the butt. We all want that toned and lifted booty. Before the workout I rolled on a foam roller to loosen up and awaken the muscles.
4 sets 20 Reps
Bridge with feet on a medicine ball
Donkey kicks using a resistance band
Jump Squats
Side Stepups with side leg raise
Kettlebell Sumo Squats
Clamshells
Kettlebell Swings
