PLAN OF ACTION

Don’t wait until January 1st to set weightloss, exercise or business goals. No time like the present.

Here are a few tips that I find has helped me in the past and I often give myself a “refresher” so to speak by reviewing them.

1 Buy a journal, it does not have to be anything fancy.
2 Outline your goals in the journal and be specific.
3 Have a plan of action, what are you going to do to acheive these goals.
4 Read anything you can get your hands on, eg business journals, exercise and weightloss books or magazine
5 If weightloss is your goal keep a journal of eveything you eat and when, this will give you an idea of where you need to be disciplined.
6 Drink lots of water. This should be included whether or not your goals are business or weightloss related.
7 Listen to your body, it will tell you what it needs.
8 Surround yourself with like minded people.
9 Be kind to yourself and others
10 Do your research
11 Read your goals daily.
