> After a 10 minute warmup perform 2sets of the following routine 12reps using moderately heavy weights.
>> >> Ball Plank Rollout
>> Bosu Single Leg Push-up
>> Single Arm Cable Curl
>> Bulgarian Squat holding weight in each hand
>> Tricep Dips
>> DB Clean and Press
>> >> After performing each set jump rope for 5 minutes.
>> >> Stretch
>> >> Enjoy
